Financial Aid Timeline

Saturday, April 8th	Last day to reduce credits (100% refund, no "W" recorded)
Monday, April 10th	Last day to add a class via DuckWeb
Monday, May 8th	Initial Registration for UO Summer 2023
Sunday, May 21st	Last day to withdraw from a class or change grade options to graded/P/NP
Monday, May 22	Initial Registration for Fall 2023

2	Graduation Plan Develop plan with a major advisor
3	Complete an engagement activity Start a research project Apply for an internship Sign up for GRE/MCAT test prep

Spring Checklist

third Year

1	Complete 2025-2026 financial aid requirements Check DuckWeb for any additional requirements Upload documents to UO Financial Aid
2	Graduation Plan Develop plan with a major advisor Confirm plan with PathwayOregon
3	Complete an engagement activity Start a research project Apply for an internship
4	Considering graduate school? Meet with faculty and explore dept. resources Sign up for GRE test prep

Partnership Agreement

PathwayOregon is committed to work in partnership with you to support your path to graduation. This agreement outlines how you will work with an advisor, create a graduation plan, and make progress toward earning your degree each year.

Third Year

Meet with an advisor in your major department to complete a graduation plan, including:
- Remaining core education requirements (Cultural Literacy, Areas of Inquiry, BA/BS)
- Remaining major requirements
Earn enough credits to meet Senior class standing (135 total credits)
Earn upper-division coursework (36 total upper-division credits completed by year's end)
Complete at least one career readiness experience
