We’re so excited you’ll be joining the UO community this fall. There are a lot of things to do before you start your classes, and we’ve created a list to make sure you don’t miss any important steps.

    Complete the PathwayOregon Partnership Agreement

    This agreement outlines how we will work together and provides an opportunity to sign up for a PathwayOregon Peer Mentor.

    Make Your Housing Decision

    Complete housing registration by July 31 for priority room selection.

    First-year students are required to live on campus. However, students are permitted to live off campus in certain circumstances, including living at home or because of cost.

  • Starting July 15

    Complete Advising Module

    This is required before you can schedule your advising session for fall classes. Log in to the IntroDUCKtion and Academic Advising community site to complete.

    Starting Aug 1

    Schedule Registration Meeting

    Your assigned advisor will email you in August to invite you to schedule a meeting and help you choose classes. Respond early to register sooner! Before your appointment be sure to take your math and language placement tests!

  •  Aug 1 - Sept 14

    Register for Classes

    You must complete the advising module and meet with your assigned registration advisor before you can sign up for classes. Course enrollment is first come, first served. So register early!
